CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Missed Appointments Policy: 

Scheduled appointments are non-refundable as we allocate dedicated resources and time slots. Day-of-service cancellations result in the full service cost.

 

 

Rescheduling on the Service Day: 

In cases of unforeseen circumstances, we understand the need to reschedule on the day of your appointment. We kindly ask for a 50% rescheduling fee to cover our commitment and preparation efforts.
